Fanny Figueroa began her career in 1997 and has since built a successful real estate business in the San Fernando Valley. She has represented sellers, buyers, and investors in the residential market. She brings her energy, integrity, and dedication to every transaction and is committed to helping people in every facet of her life.

When Fanny first joined the real estate industry at 19 years of age she discovered a passion for understanding her clients and helping them make their dreams come true.  What started out as cold calling and knocking on doors lead to building lasting relationships and high client referrals.  “I can remember the moment I closed my first transaction. It was so emotional for me.  Not only did I help a family find their forever home, I discovered a love for real estate.” 

As a native of Southern California, Fanny couldn’t imagine a city with more diverse cultural activities, fabulous dining, and opportunity than Los Angeles.
